COMPETITION V.SUN
The following terms and conditions apply to the competition on November 23, 2025 (post on the v.sun.care Instagram page with the caption: “WIN WIN WIN ”), which is being held on the Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/v.sun.care .

This competition is organized by V.SUN GmbH, P.O. Box 120550, 69067 Heidelberg, Germany (“V.SUN”). This competition is in no way affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by Instagram LLC, 1601 Willow Rd, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA (“Instagram”). Instagram is not available as a contact person for this competition.
Eligibility
Natural persons who are at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity, and reside in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland are eligible to participate. Participants must also have an Instagram account and follow the Instagram pages https://www.instagram.com/v.sun.care and https://www.instagram.com/flipflop.originals/. Each person may only participate once per contest. Contest clubs, automated entries via contest bots, and intentionally false entries are prohibited. Employees of V.SUN and their relatives are also excluded from participation. In the event of fraud detected by V.SUN, the user in question will be disqualified from the contest without further explanation.

All eligible persons can participate in the competition by following the v.sun.care and flipflop.originals Instagram pages and commenting on the post.
Closing date for entries
The closing date for entries to the competition is November 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
Profit
From all participants who qualify according to the above-mentioned terms and conditions, one winner will be drawn on December 1st, 2025 and contacted via Instagram direct message .
The prize includes: 1x the COZY HOME set with the flip*flop slippers yuna*teddy and 1x the SPA ESSENTIAL set with the slippers home*frottee. In addition, the winner will each receive a V.SUN Winter Wellness Set consisting of the V.SUN scented candle, the VENYA Shower Foam Body & Intimate, two waschies Body Peeling & Cleansing Pads and an Intimissimi Beauty Bag.
Information about the prize:
The prize claim expires if the winner does not respond within 30 days of being contacted .
The winner has until December 7, 2025 at the latest to inform V.SUN of their full name and a valid email address for prize delivery via Instagram direct message to @v.sun.care or via email to social@v-sun.care .
If the prize cannot be sent within this period for reasons attributable to the winner, the claim to the prize is forfeited .
Data protection
Personal data (e.g., name and address) of the winner ("data") will only be stored and used by us for the purpose of conducting the prize draw. Data will only be transferred to third parties to the extent necessary for processing the prize draw and permitted by law. We will not use the data beyond the aforementioned scope unless we have received explicit consent to do so. Information about the data we have stored about you can be requested at any time, or you can object to the use of your data, in whole or in part, with effect for the future, by sending a message to: social@v-sun.care
Disclaimer
V.SUN does not guarantee continuous availability of its Instagram page. No claims against V.SUN can be derived from interrupted or limited availability. An internet connection is required to participate in the competition. Any resulting internet usage fees are the responsibility of the participant.
Miscellaneous
Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payment of prizes and the transfer of prize claims are excluded. We reserve the right to cancel the competition at any time without prior notice if its execution is no longer possible for legal, factual, or other reasons. We reserve the right to exclude individual participants from the competition, particularly if there is reasonable suspicion that the respective participant is violating the terms and conditions of participation or manipulating the competition in any way. All claims relating to participation in, the execution of, and the distribution of prizes are governed exclusively by German law, but only to the extent that the participant is not deprived of the protection afforded to them by mandatory provisions of the state in which they have their habitual residence. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
