Cancellation policy

As a consumer, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal when concluding a distance selling contract, about which we inform you below (section 1) in accordance with the statutory model. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are regulated in section 2. In section 3 you will find a sample withdrawal form.

1. Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (V.SUN GmbH, In der Aue 4, D-69118 Heidelberg, Germany, info@v-sun.de, Telephone: +49 (0)62216566460) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return the goods to our designated return service provider, PHILOSOPHY BRANDS GmbH, c/o PVS Concepts GmbH, Kaigartenallee 1, 68753 Waghäusel, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

2. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Unless we have agreed otherwise with you, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
