Shipping

All prices in our online shop are gross prices including the German statutory value added tax, plus the respective delivery costs. Delivery costs are indicated in the price information within the shopping basket in our online shop. Shipping to Germany costs €3.95. Shipping to Austria costs €9.95. Shipping to Switzerland costs €19.95. We offer free delivery within Germany on orders over €30.00. We offer free delivery to Austria on orders over €39.90. The total price including value added tax and relevant delivery costs is also displayed in the order summary before you submit your order. If we make partial deliveries for your order, you will only be charged delivery costs for the first partial delivery. If partial deliveries are requested by you, we will charge delivery costs for each partial delivery. If you effectively cancel your contract, you may request reimbursement of the delivery costs paid to your address (outbound shipping costs) in accordance with statutory requirements (see the cancellation policy for further consequences of cancellation).

Partial deliveries
We are permitted to make partial deliveries provided that this is reasonable for you.

Delivery region
We only deliver to customers who provide a delivery address in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. Collection of the products by the customer is not possible. Likewise, we do not deliver to parcel lockers (Packstationen).

Delivery period
The delivery period commences on the day the contract is concluded and ends upon expiry of the final day of the period. Should the last day of the period fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or an officially recognized public holiday at the delivery address, the next working day following this date shall apply instead. The information provided in the respective product description is decisive for the length of the delivery period. If no delivery period is stated for the respective product in our online shop, it shall amount to a maximum of 10 working days, unless otherwise agreed.
